Starry heavens, 

on you they shine. 

I don't have a dime, 

but I write my words, 

for my sad Valentine.

Love is a passion, 

a passion is a crime.

Must travel our own path,

do not fall in line. 

Still with no dime,

This is a beautiful poem with a gentle melancholic tone. And the bittersweet emotions that you have captured here are lovely.
"My sad Valentine" is a beautiful title, and i love how you used repetition to show the sense of vulnerability.
And I just loved the line, "Love is passion, and passion is crime." This line. is. amazing. It adds the touch of depth and complexity, which is amazing.
