Be like the regal, eagle-eyed dragon: back arched comfortably, head up high, proud and confident, mind holding onto the world's wisdom. The dragon, knowing his power of himself to be true, is proud of what he has accomplished in his immortal life. He had obtained many things --his treasure hoard, the stately castle ruins and land surrounding them, that are his and his alone, and the gift from a girl long ago: it was a simple gift of a crudely drawn dragon, which was to be his likeness.

That girl is now his knight, for she saw from early on that he wasn't to be tampered with, knowing how to be on a dragon's good side, which is always flattery. She and she alone handles the dragon's affairs, across land and sea, pushing back the series of male knights coming to "rescue" the fair maiden with the flaming red hair that fought with a sword in each hand, combined with a breastplate made of the dragon's own hard scales.

She learned from the dragon that in order to truly live, one must fight on ones behalf and for the behalf of others if needed, completely alone, for that is the truest magic of them all--to be strong for yourself, needing no man, and to become as regal and proud as a dragon, flying high among the clouds, without a care in the world.
