VoyeurA Poem by PerditionShe takes the sun by its heart leaves it spinning in peculiar emotion Stars know we have no other means but to ponder I think of what comes in the nothingness what exists before our minds have proclaimed what has already made a place in the turbulent wheel The rainy day tapping into a stream forever connected the visceral groans of the continuous wars asleep beneath the sea pulsing into the sharp darkness of our tingling ears The mountain's slow journey into a flat plateau wind with its sandy voice venturing twilight swirling along the hairlines of our bleached and rigid skulls In one step of all directions I see that she’s looking toward something I will never see something we will never share and I know how alone she lives and I wonder how beautiful or lonely she must feel so delicately perfect in this turbulent wheel as I hold the sun by its heart leaving me spinning in peculiar emotion © 2020 PerditionAuthor's Note
