AvalancheA Poem by PerditionIt takes everything Strata from skin stripped to the
emptiness of words All time in station's disregard Your hands as you calculate the pose Exposing shells compelled with galaxy The taste she emancipates in sunlight A century where she has gone An avalanche When in soft melt her strands catch moistly minutia of breeze And your heart locks with her smile Surfaces and quakes It is not enough to be fed by this To be staggered in slow swayed
constancy The river knows no ocean without And all creatures within Vast as patiently reach out to warm her Bathed in the rise and rays Of her eastern light © 2016 PerditionReviews
