Droplets of Tangier

Droplets of Tangier

A Poem by Perdition

A guitar like cancer leans
To a pale rhythm
I strum to her breasted jazz
Where night
In mystery falls
Soon the language all its own
Returns
Life Moroccan
A droplet of Tangier
Her shame filled eyes
Lost inside the window
A place where her voice lays
Stitched to jazz
Silk mooned in valance.
