Chapters of Decapitation

Chapters of Decapitation

A Poem by Perdition

I am steering toward their tiles of vaster faces

Bleating blurry hallways, sprawled in the wake of my hull

Long shouldering hair in the gray grounds of rusty light.

There is a diseased botany here, A force doughtier than trials oblique. Fragrance distal wandering orgasmic through my cauterized mind.

I kneel to bring its towering worship into homage,

Stapled mouthes filled in road-ghostly sand. A separated lamb of Bohemia or maybe a dice impotence. We were strange rollers in a boiling sea.

A string of wool clinging, black nailed from where paradise descends.

He infected the virus of stage land I walked.

I became a  prop of rootless misery

From the rooftop I still hear this signature, warm in language.

Devil’s breeze...

Eastwardly intangible; A monster of memory inside mind’s earth.

My throat, too young to understand.

She a red jungle of steel and tangle. Burden’s beam in smile muted breast.

Beside me still rises her corpse

Her skin of glass and full moon falling. Bones of ash recalling nightly their apprentice. It is all I can do to prescribe this time as an opera. An aborted cry fluttering out in piccolo.

I was born when I knew it

A silver death wielded my answer. I turned again with a blood filling pocket-

A cursed wreck; a wondrous child awaiting her return.

I reached back for her prison where in white silken dress she was broken and gone;

My omphalos stone

My illusional star

Mahabharata
