Twin Beacons.

Twin Beacons.

A Poem by Pentarch
"

Depicts a dream I had, it's not my best, but I'm alright with that, it's something finally after months of Writer's Block. :

"

Lines cast, yet not truly recieved,
 Shorelines mark a salvation.
Undertow grasps tight, submerging
 the raft unmercifully.
Passengers, lest any be rejoined
 tides shall claim them.
Salt ceases everything, frozen,
 calcified within their doubts.
Twin beacons pierce the horizon,
 horns sound a rallying cry.
Washed up, and dragged down,
 the captain refuses the call.
For every good sailor must
 go down with their vessel.
Empty caskets set out to rest,
roses dipped in tell tale scarlet.
Last rites recited, lifting the
 anchoring plights, forgotten.

I still think something is off with this, but I'm not sure as to what.

Nothing is off with it.
You're just crazy.
But in a good way.
