Lacquer

Lacquer

A Poem by Ink
"

Just gonna put it here

"
She walk the halls in her red high heels
stomping noises resonates in all our ears
Heads turn, mouths dropped, every thing just stopped
Time slows and the day just hopped

She look in the mirror of her locker
jaded smiles formed around her
She would put fashion models to shame
with her very own promiscuous fame

Eyes burned when she is near
hearts race and blood rushed in the ears
Is it hate or is it love
what you feel choose above!

She walks away on her own,
greeted with smiles but not that long
for when her back faces the hall
It's no understatement, knives are thrown

How long will she shine?
it's not like she is a cat with nine lives
but maybe she does have these lives
how ever did she survived the sharpest knives?
