In the crowd

Uhmm yeah

I find myself reflecting,
It's new for me
I've realised I have been there but not truly where I needed to be

I felt things just looking at random people and I fooled with them without much trouble
It's like my eyes creates this world of wonder
But inside that world is a huge blunder

When I look at their eyes it hurts me more
they don't want me to reach their soul
I guess it is only fair
Even I won't let anything in there

But the older I get, the more I see
I don't like to pretend, I want it real
Though, times be hard these days I guess
Maybe alone is where I am best

So I'll just look and kill the feelings
Be content that I am breathing
Entertain myself with thoughts of others
building something real that'll last forever
