Character Analysis'

Karyden is 16 years old with blonde hair and blue eyes. Karyden is quiet for the most part but is very authoritative. She lives in a complex with Jasmine, Saraphine, Kaitlynn, Jared, and Brandon. She had a good childhood because her parents were happily married, she always got straight A's, and she was always perfectly content with what she had. Karyden likes to be left alone to read and takes rules very seriously. She does not like to be told to change unless its helpful advice from Saraphine. Even then she is hesitant to take that advice. People don't bother her or even really talk to her except Jasmine, Saraphine, Kaitlynn, and rarely at times Brandon. Karyden's weakness is that she doesn't open up to anyone except Saraphine. The setting takes place mostly at the Saddle Brooke Complex.

Brandon is 16 years old but is actually older than Karyden by a day. Brandon has brunette hair and green eyes. Brandon is very nice, and sweet. He gets his work done and watches out for other people. Brandon also lives in the complex with Karyden and everyone else previously named. Brandon had a descent childhood he tends to do things for himself and likes for the promises he makes with someone. The other people in his life are his sister, Karyden with whom he tries very hard to speak with, his rather stupid roomate, Jared, Saraphine, and Jasmine. People find him to helpful, nice, and caring. Brandon doesn't like conflict and prefers things change how he wants he really doesn't like surprises. Brandon acts on feelings rather than his thoughts much like Romeo from Romeo and Juliet. The setting once again takes place at the complex for the most part.

Jasmine is actually 17 years old but can act like a child at times. She is very pessimistic and hates those lovey dovey couples that she always sees. While she is technically older Karyden still holds higher power/responsibility over her because of her semi-wreckless behavior. Jasmine drinks whenever she is feeling depressed by couples she sees and hears about... which is pretty often. In other words she is a horrible drunk. Her mother was a drunkard and drank a lot when Jasmine's father left. Jasmine drinks away her problems and doesnt mind change too much. The other people in her life are Saraphine, Jared, Karyden, and Brandon. Karyden and Saraphine hate when she drinks outside, Brandon. is still trying to get used to her "unique" personality, while Jared is always doing something stupid to make her hit him or something helpful to make her feel better. Jasmine acts all tough and cool but in all honesty she is is just a teen with a broken heart that's beyond repairable. The setting is the complex she lives in.

Jared is 21 years of age and half as old as Saraphine. Jared has long blonde skater hair and is very perverse! Jared is also a hardcore masochistic and tries to turn every simple phrase to mean something nasty. Like I said he is awfully perverse. Jared also lives in the complex with the other characters of the story... he is actually sharing a room with Brandon. Jared is just a immature elementary school boy trapped in a 21 years old body (figuratively speaking of course!) Jared likes conflict seeing as how he is a major masochist. He likes change. The other people in his life are Saraphine, Jasmine, and Karyden who are used to his perverse ways and actually encourages it to Brandon's shock and disapproval. Brandon hates sharing a room with him but sucks it up for his sisters sake. Jared is a side character and doesn't really have a weakness at the moment... but since I'm still developing the story at the moment that will most likely change.
