Why do I Feel so Wrong!?

My heart is black and soulless,

And I don't think I can stand here much longer.

My brain is in tatters,

And my mind in a whirl.

I feel like I'm in a daze,

I felt fine yesterday...

So why...

Do I feel so wrong today?
