Moonlit picnic

Moonlit picnic

A Poem by Pennywriter

Moonlit picnic

I

Saw you walkin’

On the street,

Dark

An’indiscreet.

How sweet

You looked to me

Could

Barely see your hair,

Black as lace

Under

The lamppost’s

Stare.

Come to me,

Your eyes

Were tellin’ me,

Come and see

Through my

Disguise.

Lips

Like cherry,

A Spanish

Accent

Called me,

Mi Amor.

A smile

Of brandy,

A Lady to

Make me happy

That’s

What it’s gonna be.

Come to me,

Your eyes

Were tellin’ me,

Come and see

Through my

Disguise.

Drivin’

Through the city,

Drivin’

Through

The country side

Hell, you took me for a ride.

Sandwiches and brandy,

A private

Picnic,

Honey, you looked happy

As a witch

Could be.

Come to me,

Your eyes

Were tellin’ me,

Come and see

Through my

Disguise.

The moon rose

At midnight,

For a fright

I’ll remember

Forever,

My Voodoo flower.

Hair on

My skin,

Teeth kissing

My neck

That’s how frightful

It feels to me…

A warewolf…

That’s what she was,

A warewolf

Just…

for me…

AH OOOOOOOOU!

AH OOOOOOOOU!

AH OOOOOOOOU...

A temptress of the night.... Be careful or that werewolf woman might eat you up. ;) An enjoyable read.
