"Black Swan.
When I think back to a time before I knew of her existence, I remember an astute feeling of impossibility when pondering the chances of a woman such as her -one that is not only beautiful and intelligent and kind and humorous, but also against all odds accepting of me- existing; never mind the likelihood for me to meet such a person at the right place and the right time.
Yet there she was, the woman with the deep red locks of woven hair, with eyes that spoke volumes and a mind whose depths I longed to explore.
And then I realized that it doesn't have to make sense, that this wasn't fate or destiny or any part of a divine plan. I didn't need to rationalize this chance meeting, because there is no logic behind it.
It is much simpler than that; she is the only black swan I have ever met, and the mere thought of her robs me of my breath.
I may call her a black swan, but in some ways she is a study in duality and opposites; she could be gentle Odette one moment, but then the smile in her eyes changes in the most subtle ways and she transforms into sensuous Odile before my very eyes.

Truly, chaos can be a beautiful thing if you -even if just for a moment- cease attempting to control every aspect of existence, and instead appreciate the beautiful randomness of life."
