Yeah, seriously, somebody please explain whatever the hell this is.

Kiss me like a punch in the face, 

make me whole like an explosion.
Proud of me 'cause I'm a disgrace, 

your soft touch is my erosion.
Tie me up to let me loose, 

leave me free like a ball & chain.

Hold me tight like a hangman's noose, 

show me love by inflicting pain.

Tell the truth with all your lies, 

and keep me up like gravity.

Close your ears to hear my cries, 

and heal me up to let me bleed.

Now push me down like weightlessness, 

and hold me tight like cigarette smoke.

So pray for me in faithlessness, 

and give me air so I may choke.

Stare at me with eyes shut tight, 

show me darkness but call it light.

Yeah make me whole like a broken heart, 

and freeze me like a burning flame.

Love's confused me right from the start, 

but somehow I know you feel the same.
