Desperate Times

"

Written for Tovli's 10/40 challenge. ( USING ALL TEN WORDS, WRITE A POEM THAT IS NO MORE, OR LESS THAN 40 WORDS: Pitch, Throat, Scraped, Landed, Lamentations, Breaking, Fat, Sorrow, Alphabet, Unpolished)

Desperate Times

Despair Pictures, Images and Photos

Unpolished lamentations scraped
their alphabet of sorrow formed
within life's throat no longer warmed
to smirk at grief’s poor breaking bones
and chew away at hope’s loose fat
while landed shards pitch bitter barbs
at those who act as diplomat.

Well done.

In Desperate Times how many have.

to smirk at grief's poor breaking bones
and chew away at hope's loose fat
