In the Magic World of Dreams
Dewdrops of imagination
cover fields of dreams
as sunlight’s fading shadows
dance inside moonbeams.
Father Time and Mother Earth
glimmer with delight
basking in the fantasy
that breathes love into night.
Starry skies illuminate
what hides within the breeze;
tantalizing visions prance
as freely as they please.
Come, a cloud is hanging low
to take us for a ride;
dare to rest those sleepy eyes
and see the other side.
Ride across the universe;
play hopscotch to the moon.
Hurry, time is ticking by
and dawn arrives too soon.
