Shadows

"Hello?" called the little girl as she entered the dark room. "Who's there? Is it nobody?"

The girl waited for an answer. She was confused because she thought she heard something in the empty room. The room that would soom be hers. Even though she was only 4, she would get it all to herself.

She couldn't hear any reply but, after a second or two, her face lit up.

"Oh, I get it! It's nobody; HI NOBODY!!!" she yelled into the shadows.

Claire. Her name was whispered from all around her. She turned around, looking for the source of the whispy vioice.
