One Drop

One Drop

A Poem by Paza

i
am
one.
hers.
alone
i wait.
soon i’m
joined by
others who
will share the
same  fate…we
wait  together as
the realization of yet
another broken dream
emerges. she knows this
mood  all too well. it has
been her  friend, as have
we.  we who wait. as the
torrent inevitably begins,
we are liberated, upon
 burning cheeks
we fall.

Very cool idea. And you somehow constructed that tear drop of words perfectly.

Good job. :)

I don't think I've ever seen tear drops personified. Very cool. Very touching. I love this thought of tears conspiring to get released to freedom, and with it comes relief for the her in the poem.

wow so nice and new,you tell of tear drops when sad and feeling low they gather in a torrent and drop steadily on weeping cheeks, this is different you tell of tears and emotion in words stuffed just like a tear ,nice thought
