This Is My ChairA Poem by PaulineThis is my chair and mine alone This is my think station, my ruling zone
This is my chair where I have my say Where you stop and listen and sometimes obey
This is my chair in which I dream In a world where things are not what they seem
This is my domain where pretence hangs around With fiddlesticks and baloney are bound to be found
This is my chair where kids often creep To curl on a lap when wanting to sleep
And this is the chair where they’re kissed goodnight © 2022 PaulineReviews
