why are you

crying

they're tears

of

joy

I've cried

too

I'm so happy

to be

alive

humans are the only ones who laugh and cry

how do you know that

these are just tears

how do I 

find a book

with a poem

figure out how to write

this about those tears

why this form

isn't it the best

way

to write

about

that night

you're not coming

back

the stars are in the sky

there's music playing

"the unshed tears"

in college

these lines

are returned to

complete

memory
