you can't do that again

you can't do that again

"

why can't you do that again

"
there was once a little girl she was in the world and she had with her the mind and the body of a woman
she longed for a lost love someone who had given her a glimpse of the world of oz

on her way to find him she passed through many colored worlds
one was yellow amidst it were the fears and the cravings of the infant
she cried there cried hard because she was tryig for a different colored crayola
one that would change
as she did
with the seasons

one world was maroon
it was possessed by many others but it brought back man memories of a lost yearning
a yearning which stayed with her while she ate and slept stayed until she wept
the unshed tears

it was a new crying a crying of joy because through this color she was led to a new way of seeing

this brought her to the world of meditearranean blue and forest green
it was a world of brotherhood in which all she met on her way tried to show
her the way to womanhood

and she followed

the sun was before her and her shadow was long for the past went back a long way
back to the beginning of a feeling

and now that was what she followed
colored faded the autumn

and the trees dressed for her and she for them because it was all one
