Just a tiny glint of devilishness

Your earlobes partially covered
By your beautiful hair
Would I hear what you hear
With heartbeats

You know when I read this I see a picture of a mother with her child. I love the thought of devouring or tasting someone's thoughts by deciphering the senses from within their mind.

I really enjoyed this piece, particularly the twist at the end, "If I could would I like the me you see". I guess that captures it perfectly - we always want to see what the ones we love see, but fear that we will be repulsed by how we appear.
