This is very moving. I really enjoy the how well you put the pain into word that really strike home. I love anything that has even the slightest feel of stream of conscious writing, and your writing just seems to follow someone exact thought process. I think it's amazing how you have been able to illustrate the chaos of thought while still maintain enough cohesion to make the story comprehensible.
Oh this is so sad and brought tears to my eyes, but so incredibly and beautifully expressed. This was a very strong and intense write. You have found your muse. Amazingly done...
How well the image of the window is used to enable us to look through the child to those who have gone before... How true it is that parents live on in their children and grandchildren and we celebrate life's continuity in the holding the blessings of the past and weaving them into the tapestry of the future...
I totally adore this piece...It is moving and filled with such great imagery I just sat back and read it as if I was looking through your eyes and witnessing everything...I truly enojoyed this piece!
Well From One Word-Play Poet To The Next...Always Remember To Write With Your Heart!
This is heart-wrenchingly sad and beautiful.. How painful even tiny meaningless memories can be.. The parts containing the parents' deaths are almost unbearably powerful..
Extremely well put together and tenderly expressed.. These lines struck me as exceptional:-
"The sun has stopped crying
raindrops dried their eyes
memories fleeting yet linger"
..conveys so much meaning through a clever paradox that makes such profound metaphorical symbolism..
wow. Chloe this is so powerful. I love this. will you read to me as I close my eyes and take a nap? I can hear your voice here even though I do not. great stuff.
Sometimes i feel like an alien in a strange land..can you relate?
I love people and friends are just that to me , friends-if you request me as a friend it would be nice if you read something I have .. more..
