I would love you.A Poem by Patrick DanielA poem I wrote not too long ago.I would love you until the end of our days, even if you had scars, I would love you anyways. I would hold onto you tightly as if to say, " I can't bare to lose you, please don't slip away". I would write you love songs so you could remember, my love for the times when we're not together. I would take you away from your pain when I could, I would give you your space whenever I should. I would kiss you goodnight whenever we parted, I would forget every fight as if it never started. I would kiss you on the hand even though its old fashioned, I'm not sure how else to express my compassion. I would hold you in public to show to the world, how ecstatic I am that you are my girl. I would trace my fingers across your sweet smile, and whisper sweet words to you once in a while. I would give you a token of my adoration, flowers and chocolates for every occasion. I may not always remember to do these things, but I would always remember the joy your love brings. I would give you my heart only if you would too, I would say that I love you if you love me too.
