I  was a tree that bore bountiful fruit

every season exactly like the last until

she, the daughter of the north wind came

bringing her hounds Winter and Famine with her

and when they had had their fill, desecrating my frame

they departed, taking my fruit

thus for another i have since yet to bore any

Very nice. The harsh season that came upon the more delicate one. I hate winter so that's how I feel when it reeks havoc on my dear autumn!!
