It appears that the Snowcaps are Ardent Lovers pretending to be laid back and Demure...

Costa Rica is known for Romantic Rendezvous 

where Hummingbirds are found in the Mountains and 

on every Level where the females Nest and protect 

the flowers that have Nectar for the Lovers... 

The males sing soft rambling songs to attract females 

with their Snow White feathered Tails... they have 

Irresistible Charm...

it strikes me odd that wildlife projects the males as having the beauty...striking colors...
in humans it is the total opposite.

dear Jacob.. since posting my comment above, I have googled a lot about the Sistine Chapel paintings. A painting of Eve was included and also many of the Women Saints were painted also. I do believe that both Men and Women are equally attractive from an Artist view. It is fascinating how in the1500's Women were sculpted and painted. Thanks for permitting me to explore new venues. I am only a Novice. Pat
