Snowy Mountain Ash bursts with Red Berries

Snowy Mountain Ash bursts with Red Berries

A Poem by Patricia Wedel

As December appears with lavender Tears...

We welcome the gentle Cedar Waxwings that appear

to discover a Buffet of vintage Seeds and red berries of

the Mountain Ash where Branches are thick and provide

a Haven for our feathered friends who dine with

wishes for the children and their families who

are kind and benevolent when snow storms

softly fall and colored lights are bright

within each Home with Evergreens filled

with Candy Canes and Gingerbread Cookies...

Hot Apple Cider and Yuletide Fires where

Hearts are warm and Christmas Chimes...

This poem creates a serene and festive atmosphere, highlighting the beauty of winter and the joy of Christmas.
Quite beautiful I must say.. Words like "lavender tears," "buffet of vintage seeds," "Haven," and "Yuletide fires" create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Elements like "Evergreens" and "Gingerbread Cookies" symbolize holiday traditions and the warmth of family gatherings.
Thanks for sharing such a brilliant poem filled with Christmas cheer.
