Graceful Killdeer Birds Keep Vigil of their Young

Graceful Killdeer Birds Keep Vigil of their Young

A Poem by Patricia Wedel

Meadowlarks provide the Music when the Season of Nesting begins.

The Red bellied Woodpecker adds the Sound of a Drum...

where Hummingbirds fly to parts of Ever Green Boughs...

Killdeer are the Acrobats of Summer Orchestrations...

Summer Vacations and Watermelon Wine...

Good evening from my coming dawn! Your writing reminds me of suddenly coming across what is out there in the all and around.. then - to pause and say ' thank you.' Beautiful words from a beautiful lady. So hope things are calm and as comfortable as can be in your and Roger's world. Hugs - gentle.

Sometime ago, our mostly year-round hummingbirds, left behind an empty nest for us to add as a household decoration, demonstrating their branch blending crafts/man-woman constructive ability.
