A Christmas Wreath of Prayers

We live in a circle of Homes named Golden Pond...

As you enter the Circle of our Homes ... there are Birds that flutter by to welcome you... 

Today is December 25, 2023, and many have placed Christmas Wreaths on their Door.... to welcome friends and family... 

Many residents walk their Dogs around the Circle and often stop to chat and we share the names of their Pets... 

Teenagers and elderly folk share their latest episodes of family happenings as we wish them laughter and nourishment 

for the day when we Reminisce about the Years of Childhood memories.  

Garlands of Peace and Goodwill are filled with Walnuts and Holly Berries.  The scent of Balsam Trees permeate our environment.  

An Angel rests with a Silver Star atop the Christmas Tree as 

Prayers ascend for the less fortunate around the World.  

It is a Time for Spirits to come together with Compassion and 

Understanding that perhaps we could make a Difference somehow in the New Year. 

Good Tidings and Cheer...

Peace and goodwill. 25th December, a day to rejoice, on the birth of Christ. I am reminded what a terrible year, the last has been, but I am hopeful that in 2024, there will be less conflict and more tolerance and understanding. We can all make a difference if we want to. The problem Pat is those who have values do want peace but there are those like Putin, Hamas, terrorists, or China that have there own agendas and peace is not one of them. Our world is not united sadly.
