dearest Divya... this poem was tucked in my Heart... my favorite, since Roger my husband was a Navigator in the Air Force and once when the Instruments failed, He guided the Plane by the North Star...

In a world in torment, violence and hate, there needs to be more love. I adore that painting by Vincent Van Gogh. My brother has a print in his kitchen, and when I visit, I make a point of admiring a painter’s amazing talent. The night sky and stars I have a passion for. Been a star gazer for ever. The dahlias in my garden are still flowering in bright colours of autumn. That’s because I nurture living things. Beautiful poetry Pat where it’s easy to wander in thought and spirit.
