Waltzing Wildflowers

The sunlit Woods are sprinkled with Dutchman's Breeches  

 

and Rue Anemone as the breeze creates the music of 

a Piccolo e waltz accross the Moss where fairies sleep 

and blue birds nest high above on branches laden with 

blossoms of blue bonnets and Rainbow ribbons... 

Memories of The Blue Danube Waltz become the 

Lullaby's of Spring and Romantic Rendezvous...

Very soon we will have bluebells in our woods and that is when I like to walk there. An ocean of blue under a canopy of green. Now that is what I call magical with the tweet tweet tweet of birdsong overhead. Dear Pat you have created a wonderful spring scene here. We had a little sun today, so hopefully it is on its way although there is a cold wind blowing. Coats still needed.

Well Patricia, spring is sprunging here too even. I know, its barely credible, but I almost squished a faerie lying on the moss.
They are stronger than they look though, as my foot hung in mid air and I lifted it to see a faerie wag his finger at tell me to watch where I'm going 😊
It makes a lovely change to be in single layer clothing and I won't watch the news or weather until late September at the earliest.
