A Chickadee on Christmas Eve

A lonely Chickadee nestled in a Tall Balsam Pine 

as the Smoke from the Chimney floated by... 

Soft snowflakes settled on evergreen boughs...  

remembering when Reindeer would fly up to 

the Roof Top and Stop to Drop presents down 

the Chimney as Santa dressed in a Red Suit with whiskers 

rose Up the Chimney... and shouted, "Now Prancer and Dancer--

Away over the Milky Way... don't Delay as Children will awake 

on Christmas Morn... excited to open presents under the Tree 

with a warm Puppy by their side and MistleToe moments  to 

Remember in December... Merry Christmas to All and 

to All a Good and Happy New Year..

dearest Chris… so special to read your Review.. We had a Gorgeous 12 inches of huge fluffy Snowflakes fall for an entire four hours or so a few days ago.. we were Snowbound for a day or so. Somehow our neighbors dug out a Path and we took Roger to dialysis timely enough. Thank goodness it did not Snow more so far as of today Friday. Roger has dialysis every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday normally. He is doing well with routine Maintenance on his Fistula. It is a Way of Life. Praise the Lord. I bet the snow was beautiful to look at. We have had cold biting winds here but none of the white stuff yet. Thank goodness for helpful, considerate neighbours. Good you have them Pat when it is essential to leave home in bad weather conditions. Thinking about you both and sending love across the waves.

dearest Cherrie… how soothing to read your words… at eight am this morning the Sky is shades of blue with silver white clouds and little grey clouds of doubt mixed in, but the Morning light does Shine through… a good omen for this Holy Night. May Christmas Eve be safe and hold Dreams of Chickadees and the warmth of the Nativity Scene with The Shepherds and Sheep and a Little Lamb asleep as Wise Men follow the Star that leads to the Birth of our Saviors Saving Grace.
