A gently evocative poem. Reminds me so much of our parish church, (construction of which started in 1250 AD.) It is quite beautiful inside, has lovely stained glass windows and is a true haven in a world sometimes far to frantically paced.
Blessing to you and trust this festive season will bring you and yours joy and happiness.

Our prayers are especially for the Innocent who are displaced with promises that has changed our Country... Mary's Garden at dawn... It has been too long since I last visited. Few on the roses, Golden Ray's gleaming on green leaves. A peaceful recollection. Beautiful words, Ma'am.

It takes all of us of different faiths to come together. There is Hope. We can search our Heart and accept others, as long as there is no Violence or threat to the children and others. We need to bring the Evil people to Justice. That includes lethal drug dealers and child molesters and human traffickers… they should not be allowed to continue their Evil and be accounted for accordingly. There is strength in Good People. truly, Pat

It seems to be more meaningful as the years go by. My Mother Edith worked in a Religious Publishing Organization associated with our Religion.
They often used her as a 'Model" in many of their Publications. My Mom passed at age 58 too soon of Cancer. The other Models in the photo worked there also and were friends of our Church family. Only God knows who the Saints will be "when we gather at the River". p.s. My Mother did study "Home Nursing" diligently. tenderly, Pat

The Head Nurse where Roger receives Dialysis for four years now... recently gave me a beautiful Rosary (which I love). They are my Prayer beads. I am an integral part of many Religions (unless they are a Cult of sorts). My Religion is "The Holy Spirit" which I definitely "feel" and know it's presence in my Life. We can be an Instrument of God's Peace... in any ways. I have been blessed with "Forgiveness" more than once. We do feel empathy for those who do not realize that we only need to be sincere and learn from our mistakes in word and deed. This is my Prayer. gently, Pat
