Bee Bopping on Zinnias

Zinnias are easy on Allergies...

There are golden and black Bees that travel 

the seven seasons to sip nectar from bright 

colorful Zinnias... 

They dance a two-step razz ma tazz Jazz   

over Petal dresses twirling in the breeze   

Choreographed by Cecil B. DeMille... 

European Robins fly through storms of 

turmultous winds to watch the entourage 

of Springtime in the Rockies...

This is a poem that's literally dancing with spunky wordplay & visuals! I couldn't have had more fun reading a poem! Thanks for serving up toasty spicy springtime sashays while I grumble thru near-frosty morns in a peeve! But yesterday afternoon was 80-ish & I started to feel that crazy tumbling romance of spring, as depicted in your poem. Damn near thought about getting buck naked since I've acclimatized to a very low temp so 80* makes me sweat! (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

dear Margie... you are like a Bumble Bee 🐝 that is frisky and loves to buzz up against 💐 flowers... Nature creatures have year around protection on their bodies; however, we were created to weather some seasons with our own ways for warmth. In the Summer when the temp is 80 and above we linger in the Breeze of a Sycamore and perhaps tie a branch of Leaves here and there. Of course when the “Cotton Gin” was invented by Eli Whitney and the seeds were removed from the Cotton balls... we were able to be modest in the Hot weather. Then Sheep grew so much Wool and we sheared the Sheep to keep warm in Winter. I learned “spunky wordplay” from you. How sweet it is to be Care-free... and playful.

dearest "song of Light"... it is a bright sunny morning here along the Rappahannock River. I am honored to read your review. A fun sort of 'ditty' to seek adventure. We truly do have seven seasons by the River. I love the overtures of Spring when blossoms appear and silver white Terns rest on the Rocks in the Rivers bed.
