While I don't mean to say that we don't need the upcoming medications that are being developed, I read your poem as a suggestion that we find our cures primarily in nature. This could be the obvious route, which is making teas or tinctures from natural sources, but your poem seems to harken more to the idea of living as nature lives, in order to reap the harmonies that are so abundant in nature. A steady way of life spending time around harmonious flora & fawna changes the way we react to the inevitable ups & downs of life. I was picturing this scene as I read it -- great imagery & motion & fluidity of word sounds (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

I just love that the plants are so smart, without brains, knowing they need to make themselves obvious so they can get pollinated. Things in nature make such sense, I'm just suggesting that trying to live like nature lives might help us humans be more in harmony!

We have camped in the Woods where frogs croak Ribet Ribet Ribet... and wake in the morning to see a Raccoon who found a dozen eggs for Breakfast and ate them with tiny paws one by one. What a memory. Our Tent had a screened in porch... all zippered up. and our scent had not reached his neck of the woods. Now I prefer the comfort of home. Enjoyed your visit. Where is our Bacon? we found your footprints... size 9.5.. lol

removed, I had the Florist send her a huge bouquet of
Stargazer Lillies; they symbolize prosperity and abundance.
The Nurses in Hospital said my daughter's Room was filled with a glorious fragrance. Yes, Nature is still shows her beauty in every venue under Heaven.
It is encouraging... I think of the Verse... "Consider the Lillies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: yet I say unto you, that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these..." thank you Fran... gently, Pat

As always your words are full of your love and appreciation of the All Around . So many of us like you, know the glories of an unfamiliar hidden nature: the smaller but prolific weeds, wild flowers that are here on and in earth for a reason. People accuse weeds, BUT why are they so numerous, who planted them in the first place.. we have only to think.. and learn. Thank you dear lady.. a fine and wisely put poet. one to rememer

I believe that our feathered friends carry seeds for an unknown distance and drop them in our gardens.... the little thieves, but there are so many that there is enough to scatter... much like Johnny Appleseed. We have the most delicate yellow dandelions that have long green tiny stems that blow in the breeze. The wonders of nature. In the Spring we have the Red Bud tree that is indigenous to the State of Virginia where we live. Even people can be a "wild flower" but that is another poem. The most romantic words are... "And when I grow too old to dream... I'll have you to remember". That could be for friends also. Thanks for stopping by and dropping a few seeds of wild and wondrous words. gently, Petal x

Tonic water with quinine may help to suppress the
Corona Virus... so there may be natural remedies that need to be tried... if only the old souls were still around. It is a mystery as to why I have not been diagnosed (knock on wood) as they say. None of us know what tomorrow holds. However we do know that we all have a Spirit and communicate with others in the light of our Spirit. Thank you for reading my simple poem of Grace beyond the light.
Be safe and well. tenderly, Pat
