You dear Pat are a true lover of the natural environment. You live in perfect alignment with our animal and bird friends, appreciating them for all the joy they give. You had me beside you in your window seat, admiring and taking in the wonderful view of the changing season. Your poetry is like a gentle embrace.

Recently I saw a Chickadee black and white, along with the usual Cardinals... the male bright Red and the females light brown with blushes of pinkish red.
One day I saw an Owl sitting on the railing with all the smaller birds. I always have a large bowl of water for the birds and it is a Joy to watch them drink water and flit around on the railing of the old deck outside our kitchen window. It can be a
metropolis. I appreciate your review. Fondly, Pat
Who else but a poet will watch/see a willow and the gentle warbler?
For all of those to busy to see nature's beauty they have you to enlighten their day with beauty.
Very enjoyable visit as always a true delight.

The tiny wrens are so brave, whereas the Cardinals are on Red Alert and fly like rocket straight to an unknown location, but they always remember where the oiled sunflowers are placed just for them. Birds must have a fascinating brain to be so protecting to their young... as though they have a mission to fulfill... to keep our world colorful with music that lives on through each generation. Thanks, Cherry for being a soulmate when it comes to nature. truly, Pat
fall is my favorite season hands down I could never live in a place that didn't have fall the electric feeling of the seasons changing and nature rushing with the colors for the cozy snuggles of winters retreat i always enjoy your vision in nature Patricia

These moments are so pure and perfect. I love to walk each morning at sunrise to try and find this kind of glory resting all around the gardens and the forest paths. What a beautiful treasure.

The birds delight me, as I have a closeup view when I look out my kitchen window where I always leaved oiled sunflower seeds and other seed also on the Ledge around the Deck this rather old... and now reserved for Bird watching. It is a treat to see a view varieties up or more up close. They are very alert and their instincts are "to be aware of danger"...
especially the beautiful bright Red Male Cardinals.
Nice to know that you walk each morning around the gardens and forest path. As ever, Pat
The Palm Warbler has such a pretty little song, its colors of autumnal yellow and brown. I love this time of year. As I put fresh water in the bird baths and fed the birds this morning, I noticed the leaves on the ground. It won't be long now. Yesterday, it was blistering hot and 97 degrees Today, it was 73, overcast and cloudy, with a soft, misty rain falling throughout the day. The soft steps of autumn are walking through the door. This is a lovely!

Is the bird in the pic a punk Robin? I don't think I've seen one of those before, but it would certainly brighten my day too Pat.
I do like the name too, warbler gives us the impression he or she is not averse to belting out a tune of a morning, adding their opinion as a soundtrack to a wonderful morning to get us going.
The mention of squirrels has turned my soundtrack to the mission impossible theme. I can't explain why watching them makes me smile, but it does 😀
