yes, it is a feathery feeling isn't it?
when another's eyes can draw us in...i have always been an "eye" person...most important feature.
and i like how you mix the images of the violent thunderstorm with rebirth and the flowers loving it and growing from it.
just like humans who grow from the storms in their lives.

It is true that a thunderstorm can stir up a lot of passion when Spring bursts Firth like a budding Rimance and leaves us bathing in the aftermath of peaceful petals floating away like precious memories. I appreciate your review and wish you sweet dreams of summer storms. Truly, Pat
Wonderful and beautiful poetry shared dear Pat.
"When flowers bloom in the
embrace of a thunder storm
I am reborn... "
I loved the above lines. I like the big storms too. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry and your thoughts.

I agree dear Pat and you are welcome my kind friend.
What a wonderfully and sweetly woven bit of romance you present us with here. Like laying in a clover field watching the fluffy white clouds pass over. I very much enjoyed.
Glance of romance and fully entranced...A complete picture painted in so few lines very nicely done prose of a mutual embrace of gazes. "Lovely lovely lovely!" says the bunny:)
Just reading your title in my read request bin, I was already smiling & feeling a little jolt of recognition. Your poem far exceeds my expectations, tho. This is so gracefully stated, your writing is an illustration of the seductive scene you describe. I love the way you use "reborn" . . . could sound corny or trendy, but you summon the true meaning of the word in the reader's mind. Thanks for RR'ing me, I've been sketchy at the cafe, but I never want to miss your writing! (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

Spring fever is a romantic condition and it is contagious... it can be tempered with poetry when twilight lingers on the horizon. Romance is a state of mind and can only be cured by birdsong and tender touches of melancholy. It requires an ounce of affection and three inunces of
persuasion. Thanks for taking time to join the Occasion of honeysuckle Wine. As ever, Pat

Filled with romance and desire, Pat. The eyes say so much and when they do they bring on feelings! Your words are elegantly sensual. Loved this one. Lydi**

Love has both... the feathery touch and the thunderstorm, and both make us feel alive....
May your flowers always be refreshed by such love, Pat...
