With or Without

With or Without

A Poem by Pathetically Beautiful

With or without

a story of quiet desperation.

A listless hope -

the melancholy of what is with or without.

A pensive aspiration to complete longing.

The hope of Wholeness.

Apathetic in complaint.

Nostalgic in the present, yearning for the past.

All alone in the thoughts of with or without.

To enthrall oneself to be Whole again.

To find that one piece that is the being of life itself.

Not the cynical belief of being rounded and full,

but understanding that there is a limit to was is to be with or without.

A breaking point to the chaos.

Not the mellow sense that everything is alright,

or the lethargic actions of being happy.

Nor the complacent thoughts of trying to wear the mask that is...

with or without.

Life only gives what is taken.

To be with or without is the choice of what surrounds the aspect of happiness and hoe of being completely Whole again.

With or with out we still live.

"Life only gives what is taken." So true. This poem makes me put things in perspective with what I've got in my life. It seems a little erratic but I like it. Thanks for sharing. God bless.
