Hands lathered in BloodA Poem by That one kid
When you cant sleep
Only one thing on your mind For oneself Its wishing to be next to the newly found creature Wishing to feel the warmth The comfort The safeness With to hear the soft voice The calming heartbeat that melts ones fears and pains away The slow and steady breath Wishing to smell the creatures scent The scintillation is devouring One wishes to look upon the new found creature sleeping so peacefully so carelessly So calm So irenic Yet one must admit the fear felt within me I must admit not only my fear but my doubt Ive heard the sound of sirens pulling me in Doubling my doubt I must push through I must give this Thing This creature A chance How do i think if i do not know both inquiries It is merely impossible to back down at this point I must overcome my doubt, my fear I shall shed a tear If needed But i feel that I must push through Like warriors during battle Sword in one hand shield in the opposite When the shield falls you learn to fight without it Slicing away at the b*****d demons from the opposing side Soon to be covered in blood all to get to other side My shield lay far behind me there is no turning back now Ive come too far © 2018 That one kidReviews
