about sometime

about sometime

A Poem by Richard

i can't tell you enough

dark crippling waves goodbye ... it's energy saved

like you found the key with no small effort

and simply turned the door

not so unbecoming honestly

 uncertain you're sure

you don't need me, but your hourglass looks faded

your candle is half

there's no respect for these feelings

and i get the feeling it took no small effort

to remain standing in the storm

with everything around there blowing away or stopping

you looked away from it like language had failed

and like those things, i have no way of telling

but as long as you know i care

you know, you stop the swelling

and are aware?

your eyes

there's no directions yet

from happy to sad

no warning

and your mouth, i have a confession

got me lost

 i headed south
