i want to say something

i want to say something

A Poem by Richard

I need you to believe me for a minute

I won't take forever and I'm not really going

just keep holding the jacket

or come with me

a precious lot you think of time

that always struck me

like a friend… always with you

like nature always in you

no, it won't take long, no

to figure out what's so important out there

and get back to you with a world of answers

empty my pockets of apology dust

a crumpled pinwheel, a tiny bit of snow, geraniumfruit, rejectpapers

You are stain glass i think

standing near the rocks

the girl and the woman and the ruler of your destiny

but more than that you feel mortal

and people stop to notice

you only live for you and everybody else

but sometimes

you love for you

i pray for you too during inner battle

i'm worried i'll fight it, and lose

whatever it takes

the only obstacle is easily avoided

by simply showing

all our hands

it's not a sad thing

being deep in the throes of space uncharted!

because that skysea does look familiar

crucial, like we used to soar there

we did, we still do

Richard
really corny, kind of stupid,
but was fun
