together as one

together as one

A Poem by Richard

pardon the sea,

it has no name

not like the river with it's bed and it's mouth

and all the direction in the world and nothing but time

to float and think along

that's when, just like you and me, it gets a whirlpool

a vortex

maybe, it feels lost and doesn't know what to do

maybe, it's regurgitating an old shoe

formerly dipped in by toes of all age

depicted frightening in a book on a page

not this page

now we're parting forever

I packed you a lunch

I felt like a fever

that would't go away

but though i'm not healed

the fever is gone

except

my memory hurts

and every now and then

when i think about your name and your bed and your mouth

i sweat like a river

then freeze like a storm

and I hear together as one?

that doesn't exist

It sounds like you are depressed, she has left you. You remember her, as she was. You may never see her faults. You will only see what she meant to you? You will have to begin again. The room where you made love to her, will always be remembered that way.

However, she has choosen to leave you. You must now, begin again. Pain is what you know, it will be with you forever and a day. If you let it. However forever and a day is a long time. Look at yourself see the good in you. Remember she loved you for a time.
Why because you are able to be, and can be. Love yourself first and for most.
