Putting together some thoughts as we enter a tenuous period of time.

Mere words cannot explain
What life has been for me
A colorful kaleidoscope
Intertwined with memories.

Of people and things,
All the places I have been
The mistakes I have made
Again and again.

But, through it all
There Is one thing I know
The grace of God sustains me
Wherever I may go.

Hello Betty! Writer’s block seems to be going around these days. My theory is we’ve become almost numb with the way of the world, for survival. Often writing was an outlet, a means in which to vent and help make sense of it all. Lately it seems almost futile but this too soon shall pass. Thank you for stopping by. The meaning and emotion start to finish is clear and respectful - as should be, Dara. Faith hangs on by a very frail thread these days - at least, for many. You, dear lady appear to be an exception., Thank you for remembering and nudging the kindest of words. Too often, the opposite spills into a stream, poisons it then, walks away, back turned. (Dara) You do not.

Ahhh, the dreaded block. I think I spend more time blocked than not:)
I've never had God in my life, never felt the need, I just get up get on with it knowing that the good will always outweigh the bad no matter how bad the bad seems at the time.
