Through PainA Poem by PassionEDJust another poem :)
Here is where I do sit,
In a room that is barely lit. There is nothing but the air around me, Nothing but the feeling of lonely. I am waiting for something that may never come, Filled with hope, but feeling so numb. I imagine what my life would be like if I would only take my own advice, But I don't know how to change, so for now I have to pay the price. To me, this hole I'm in doesn't really matter, I'm too busy trying to find a ladder, A way out and back into this beautiful life, Where I'll learn to make it through all this pain and strife. Through reasonable pain, I choose to feel more, Which puts me here on the unforgiving floor. Feeling is only a state of mind, But it's made me live life stuck on rewind. While living in the past, I've begun to forget its current cast.
