What's the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results...seems to fit the bill.

May really needs to find some obscure British island that is under imminent attack.
Just to take the pressure off for a bit. Maybe attack Nicola Sturgeon in Edinburgh, that would probably do it. I myself would have referendums on everything now, cos the politicians today are total hasbeens.

Perhaps true but not in this case. She is trtying to decieve the 17.4 million British people who voted to leave the EU and were promised extraction from the customs union, free movement of people and the jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice. Mrs May is trying to keep us pegged to the Customs union. Not on!

She is in a no win situation either way but she knew what she was signing upo for. She has tried to deprive those who won the referrendum of the result of that vote by pleasing both sides. But in effect we do not break free of Europe.

I guess it depends which side of the pond you are on and which side of the Brexit debate Jacob. I am a staunch Brexiteer as I have watched our country overtaken by a bunch of bureucrats from the EU and a move towards a federal Europe dominated by Germany and France. So different to what we signed up to when we entered the Common Market. The EU restricts our ability to trade freely on a global stage. Anyway no more boring poilitics. Mrs May has had her chance and has to go. Many thanks Jacob.
