Dream Lovers

And so I slip,

Slide so easily

into the comfort,

of you.

The warm breasts

of your image,

the welcoming thighs

of your gentle persona,

the sweet kiss

of your delicious,

delectable, honeyed words.

Indeed I am fallen,

besotted,

under the spell,

where I am intoxicated

by the illusional belief

that we are lovers.
