Chemistry

I doubt I will ever love

so well again

or feel the depth of love

you showed for me.

I could live a billion years

and never repair

the hole your loss

has torn in my soul.

A gap through which whistles

a brittle, frozen gale,

leaving me so cold,

so truly bereft.

I search for reason

with these frozen hands

but only questions

beg to respond.

And only you will know

why you ended it

when we were

the purest chemistry?

Thank you Gab.
I have no words to express my feelings about this poem John. For I have this very same question killing me for the past two years. I think I'll die looking for answers. My heartfelt sympathies...

About
Well, have a long and complicated story and started it as an autobiography on Bebo but got writer's block/memory fogging. People liked it though and kept asking for the next chapter! fools.. more..
