God Particle

God Particle

A Poem by John Alexander McFadyen

God Particle

Collide.

Smash to destruction

all that is created;

to be born again.

To rise with majesty,

and triumph over God

with your science.

If only Darwin had known

such liberation,

the freedom to believe.

Prove your point

that earthly creatures of dust

have set and formed

from cellestial treacle.

Have ruled this speck

in the void of man’s univesrse,

a place created by man

simply because he believes it so.

And yet his lack of self belief,

his grave and earnest doubt,

drives him to seek,

if not his God,

his particle of faith.

Man will never find all the answers and he will always seek out God! Thats coz he was made in the very likeness of God! I really appreciate your bringing up this much debated issue with such impressive words! 100/100

you may find this odd, but i was reminded of the Jethro Tull album "aqualung" and the poetry on the back cover which basically spoke of man creating God in his own likeness as opposed to the traditional rendering of the same passage. i love this write.

That is the nature of existence, isn't it? Creation and destruction, always changing, seeking what is already there yet is not understood because our minds cannot comprehend its mutating existence. Brilliant.
