A Quiet Walk Through Your Ashes

A Quiet Walk Through Your Ashes

A Poem by Passingdaze
"

Different...

"

Today lasted way too long,

I thought about her way too much.

An empty gaze cast in her direction,

I wonder if she even notices?

Another beer and a cigarette,

Such a waste this day has been.

Her name echoes through my mind,

What am I to do?
