A Poem by Passingdaze

These leaves fall like dying angels.

Reminders of a simple time.

Time sifting through this hourglass.

Lost in a myriad of ignorant bliss.

Will these angels sing for me?

Or will i awaken cold and alone.

Broken down from years of sadness.

Each step taken another second left behind.

Lovely writing, amusingly paired with the title. Quite an interesting poem.
